Delete your BitMatch account
This secure page lets you request account deletion even if you no longer have the Android app. BitMatch verifies ownership with a short-lived, one-time link sent to the account email.
Google Play billing is separate.
Deleting BitMatch does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. You can delete the
account now and separately manage billing in
Google Play subscriptions.
What happens
- Your profile, sign-in credentials, Coach consent, conversations, progress, watchlist addresses, scans, reports, push devices, subscriptions tokens, wallet points, rewards and other account data are deleted.
- Withdrawal records needed for accounting, dispute handling and fraud prevention are stripped of the user ID, voucher code and wallet address, then retained for up to 2,555 days (seven years). Pending withdrawals are cancelled.
- A keyed, non-readable token marker is kept briefly to invalidate already-issued sign-in tokens and prevent a deleted session from being reused.
